Full abstract

In the present study we used chiral high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography to determine the stereoisomers of racemic alpha-tocopherol. The Chiralcel OD-H and Silar-100 AT columns were used. Statistical evaluation of the results established the precision of these methods.
