Full abstract
The formation of a NAD kinase-glutamate dehydrogenase complex was studied, using three independent methods. It was found that the polymeric form of glutamate dehydrogenase is involved in the formation of a complex with NAD kinase. Both the oligomeric and monomeric (subunit) forms of NAD kinase were shown to possess the ability to form complexes with glutamate dehydrogenase.
